Clearly better weather than we're getting in Dublin (the word Tropical would seem fitting if it wasn't so damn cold! So I guess I'll just have to go straight to the reward bit....

That's the fantastic thing about the whole systeme: it works as a reward *and* as a catalyst(although the latter's action takes 15-72 hours to take full effect). Try it for yourself - then just sit back and wait for those results to roll in. Effortlessly. At some point...

40 hours and counting....and the jungle continues to grow. That said it's also a jungle in Monsoon season. Time to up the catalyst input , accelerate the process and all that....

Such wisdom - my understanding is that anything bubbly is twice as effective on Sunday afternoons :-)

Feeling a little tender? You may need to sign up for "Sunday: the Shona Way". Naps are featured; there's some trick with the positioning of the remote control; and as dusk settles, a parcel of delights from Bombay Pantry is an optional extra.

God bless that woman :-)
